Give Up The Goods 2K19 (Video) - Jamal Gasol X Rome Streetz X Camoflauge Monk

What It Sound Like?

Let's biggup all the emcees before us. They paved the way for us all. Major salutes to the legends still here, plus the ones that passed. Here's an update the tribute to Prodigy from some of our favorites in the circuit.

In 2018, @Jamal Gasol featured @Rome Streetz for this banger! Adding his touch to the Mobb Deep instrumental is @Camoflauge Monk. Only the emcees appear in the shoot on th annual of the passing.. They took it to the Bridge for an organic setting. Peace to Studio2099 recapturing P and Hav on the project bench, as they view Manhattan.

The sight of luxury from from an impoverished location can feel like an insult, or motivation. We could see which way our artists were affected. Their successes become motivation for others. I'm sure Prodigy would be feeling this. He got to see early parts of the impact the underground was about to have.

Artists like Gasol and Rome will keep that sound constant for the real listeners. Naturally, Queens heads like to see the town on film for a good cause. Oh yea, Mr 31 stopped by a particular spot owned by a star of Queens. Yup 50 Cent, so you can also catch Jamal on ThisIs50. After you watch this, watch him and @Jack Thriller chop it up. Thanks for passing through continuously. Praises be to the Almighty.

MindFrame - Refelections Of The Mind

What It Sound Like?

It's time for a compilation. Nice selection to keep it spicy. I remember all the years of producer hunting. Long before the social media planets, it wasn't so easy to contact someone for tracks. You had to be outside, travel or people with more money had internet and a few chat sites.  It's cool to build with so much talented producers now, and the access is simpler.

One of those cool cats just so happened to send me some pure smoke. @MindFrame is cranking out beats around the clock. He assembled a complete LP with with a variety pack of beats. He experiments with sounds, ignoring bandwagons. Frame is just as expansive with his choice of vocalists. Songs consist of an interesting round up of emcees.

Three crafty tunes by the world traveler, @Primo Jab. A diverse display of the art on the trio. Check the chemistry in this tag team from @eNOX and @Madhattan Mayor. The two match  of steel sharpening bars. There's a few more more multi appearances on this piece.

A double up from @Indigo PhoeNYx, one them is a release we covered a few weeks back. She spreads more flames on track with the new leader of Worcester, Killy Shoot. If that combination don't do it for you, we know you're numb. We still got Jae Hu$$le applying more pressure. He shows up on two more tracks

You can hear him teaming with @Azariah, as they chop down the de-masculine male figure portrayed today. No argument from our community with that one. Hip Hop wasn't brought up on man purses and leggings. Dig the game chopping from @Lord Juco and @Fastlife. All bars no hook. Something for the gritty rap heads. Everybody playing part, completing the puzzle pieces.

@Dax Mpire brings a dope spiritual angle with his heater. A spooky track, hardcore and he kept it clean. We get a stampede of percussion from NBP. I respect the originality of the emcees, @Smokin Joe & @Basixx. Plus, they're students of the game. @Realio Sparkz is another barfly. He provides slick lines with education along the way. You'll enjoy the seasoned flow.

A soulful inspiration from @Selema Writes is soothing. Gives me a Mos Def vibe, nice free flow. I know you remember the first single from this album performed by @General Back Pain. Also, a smoker I did an article for. The Home Team power forward always lights up beats from around the planet.
In fact, this roster stretches to different parts of the world, as well. Real music unites, and these artists will continue to make it. Stop by Bandcamp to grab your download. Thanks for supporting, already. Blessings from Almighty!

A Story Told - Grone Da Radikal X BlackSmoke

What It Sound Like?

I feel like this song's timing couldn't of been better.  First off, It's from an album I've been looking forward to. It's an aggressive mood, focused on sensitive topics. I just got some news about a friend's music being violated. So, I could enjoy this comfort in anger.

@Grone Da Radikal has passed through the corners of RAN before. He's back with an eerie instrumental from BlackSmoke. It smacks the speakers, you're gonna play it a few times, at least. The artist takes us through some tragic episodes.

No matter how much you argue, no one here would wish this upon their co-parent. He details a tear jerking route taken by his child's mother. I'm sure writing this had him in a rough place. Following that verse, Grone goes into one of those outcomes for kingpins we hate to see happen in movies. No script or cast for this scenario. That story is about a loved one.

Aside from the drama, Da Radikal shows much skills with the pen. The flow is complete, the content is potent. As I told GDR, it's a tuff song, with tough situations to digest. The listeners needed to hear this from their artist. This is the first single to the July set EP, Coffee & Beer. Head over to Bandcamp to get early purchases of the single. Peace to the All Nighters, thanks for staying up with me. Blessings from the Almighty!

Intelligent Knight- Dot-Com Intelligence X Blaq Knight

What it Sound Like?

So many albums dropping! I don't remember a time in music like this. Nuff talent to choose from for all tastes. Aside from the fun factor, people are earning a living independently. It was wasn't easy realizing I couldn't possibly get them all.

I value what have been able to cover. Now, a familiar face at RAN, returning with his new album, @Dot-Com Intelligence. Big mutual respect level here. One of the artists that appreciate my skill set. We will get into the tune we did together. First, let's go with Scimitar. Pen mightier than your average blade. He demands respect early, as you can hear the conviction in his tone. Opening the album with straight bars. The connection with Blaq Knight was pivotal.
He set a production standard of power.

The two make a dominant team. Compelled brings a Wu chill in the room.  I feel where the artist is coming from. Can't play nice guy all the time. Due to the numbness of general public, DCI had to remind them of his abilities.  The lyrical vendetta mood builds in Da Fade. He's on his grown man rhymes. Raising standards on these lost rappers, that really includes anybody trying to go against.

The crazy harmonics of Contractors is an instant grabber. I dig this approach, because I look at this game like a hired job. Each emcee has their way of getting the job done. This target was hit from multi angles featuring a vital wound from @Grief 78. A boost of inspiration from No Regrets. The audio version of motivational memes you might come across. His chorus is unorthodox and easy to understand. I love the statement,
"I'm doing not trying."

Check this appearance from one half of the Korner Boys, @Norm Regular. His camp, TFMG is heavy this summer. This verse keeps the temperature up. Teaming with Dot, it's a Maryland massacre in Cold Friction. This album is from the wise. DCI speaks knowledge of self, and surroundings.
Moors in Europe is a pocket he sits in very comfortable in. Some history laced with wordplay.

Another RAN vet showed up for this event. The homie @General Back Pain slid through leaving his slick trail of ink. He also released a new project you have to get. Deep Voice Slang displays is more proof that DCI works well with other artists. This combo is fire.

Father's Day just passed, but it's an everyday task. I got a soft spot for parenting, this chronological run in Daughters sticks with me. I have a son, though I'm sure the limitless efforts to provide and protect are the same. Shouts to his youngest girl, she had a recent graduation. Gold Vigor has a special polish to it. This is hard, plus it goes well with that indica and sativa. I like how he always empowers the black brother instead of tearing him down.

Closing this chapter is the last set of features. I'm honored to be on this song along with other fly emcees. Dot knew he had a hit and linked up @Teller Bank$, and @Squeegie O for the strong finish.

Intelligent Knight is getting good feedback, and deserves more. It was fun writing a verse, as wel as an article. Enjoy your copy at Bandcamp. Thank you for supporting. Blessings from the Almighty.

K.Burns Opens up for 38 Spesh (with Mak P, Eddie Kaine & Rim DaVillin)

What It Sound Like?

And tonight, we're going less routine. It's not just about a cool song, you know we got those. Also, the cool performance for that lasting impression. Being an emcee is one the most rewarding gifts. The feeling of rapping live for Hip Hop fans is scarcely comparable.

You're gonna have a hard time finding comparisons to tonight's artist, as well. @K. Burns is always in motion. You have to see this performance with underground faces, @Eddie Kaine, @Rim DaVillin, and @Mak P. The crew popped out to Jersey and rocked at FM. It was an opening for 38 Spesh. For their time on stage, they owned it.

Burns kicked it off with  Redrum hit, Body On A Gun. The ill follow up ith Eddie, as they give us the live version of Young G's. One of the two joints off Burnieville, his recent release. The second, Adios with appearances by Mak and Rim. All tunes that make you say "this my joint." True fans are will be please with the bonus piece, be sure to check the link.s

The TFMG concert reputation is official. This only makes me want to go to a show more than before. Watch the video, you will be ready to get a ticket for the next event. Shouts to homie working the 4K cam with the right lighting. Check out this YouTube link and spread the live visuals. Leave your reactions in the comments.

The Thrill Of The Hunt 2 - Che Noir

What It Sound Like?

I wonder if anybody reading this was ever slept on. Last on the, least expected to be picked for that special moment. Of course, you have. Our subject tonight is an example of what faith could do. Picture a young woman in  a town distant from mainstream, urban radio. With herds of flashy male emcees from syndicated town, she parted her way through.

@Che Noir has taken down a giant. If you're familiar with the Bible text, you'll know why she intro'd  Head Of Goliath. No secret, I'm a geek for the tricky wording. "Che (Shea) Butter Queen" got me already! Her guns are still smoking in Fountain Of Youth. Fluid how she synced with Trust. Keeps her same pace, never missing a step.

Oh yea! @38 Spesh produced this entire melodic ten piece. He also leaves his mark, vocally on Dying Breed. Dig the tag team action. The energy bounces back and forth like matches at the the US Open.
Che has a niche for spitting witty bars. Always clever, and never confused with weirdos. She also bases her foundation with her love for the Lord. Summed up in Fall of Rome. Easy for me to connect with.

This next track has a familiar game title, but she ain't come to play. I feel like whoever it lands on in  Spin the Bottle is getting the peck they'd least desire. More like their final kiss goodbye. It just gets grittier as this project goes on. The lines go deep with no concern for cosmetic female rappers. She gives you rewinders, plus she passed off to @Termanology in Kiss the Ring. He's another underground success story.

It seems that is the level of company Che keeps in her circle of peers. That same respect is aimed at her from artists like @Eto, the founder of New Crack Era. They give us real life substance through Sandcastles.  Despite the name, these rhymes are full of concrete. That who's who list expands during Bloody Sword. Balancing magnetics with renown, @Planet Asia. The first lady shows another pattern in the cloth in which she's cut from.

Now, the listener receives a virtual invite to Buffalo summers with the Queen. 2 Summers is a short drift in time that's everlasting. Ms Noir decides to send us on our way with a heartfelt tune. She opens up about a painful relationship. Vulnerability in an artist is so hard to get. You almost have to catch them when they're not looking. Che had no problem giving her fans that intimate side of her with Today.

Anybody who loves good music should pick this up. Bars you can't get tired of, beats that tell a story, and some heavy hitting features. That along with the versatility impresses me most. Get to your favorite digital music store for your copy. Thank for staying up with me, Jah bless!

Black Roses - Intel Selektah

What It Sound Like?

Loyalty, that's what heads is constantly screaming. Hard to find, and you can't buy. Even if you could pay for it, I'm sure the cost would be unaffordable. In this industry, whenever you come across loyalty, you gotta appreciate it. Specially when it's from another emcee.

@Intel Selektah has been a loyal RAN fan, keeping up with all the artists I post about. Inside, he knew his music was just as dope. That's what our platform is for. The artist links with  Worcester, MA producer, @GuilliBeatz for this jazzy track. A mellow background for a dramatic play by play. A crime story from the streets of New Haven, CT.

This is truly a Golden Era child. He has the short story rhyme in the pocket. His flow compliments the beat, makes the listener want to hear more. This is one of the singles in the stores you gotta check out. Add Intel Selektah to your libraries. Thank you to everyone staying with me. Go buy some music and merch from all the fathers in the underground. Jah bless!

DA SPIT CLUB FEAT ST IVAN THE TERRIBLE/MONOTONE AND DE LA TORRE (PRODUCED BY STAN DA MAN)

What It Sound Like?

People will thank the participants in this underground circuit. It's been getting louder for the past three years. This market is filled with illustrators / graphic designers, producers, DJs, rappers, and singers. Some of the most sleepless managers blow doors open to get pure product to the public. With that said, we have the most dedicated fans, that happen to be influential, themselves.

One of those producers to be spoken about for ions is @Stan Da Man. He's always got what we need. He pulled off a Professor X play, arranging talent from scattered parts of the map. Boogie Down is known for breeding lyricists. @St Ivan the Terrible keeps the torch lit torch for the BX.
We get some more hot coals from the Sacramento penman, @Monotone. Also member of rap duo, MLS.

Then, it's time to stamp the passport in Tepatitlan, Mexico. Here, is the home of  @De LA Torre with this diverse sixteen in Spanish. Each from different land, all using the language of Hip Hop. You blend that with this conqueror track from Stan, remain a winner.

I enjoy when artist work together with the same focus to make a difference. Especially, the fact each artist is from a different region. Stan Da Man has been having a big year in the music, he's only gaining more momentum. If you haven't followed yet, make the move now. Much thanks for confiding in me, to all the artists sending tunes. Thanks to everyone supporting the content. May the Almighty keep blessing you.!

Bluntz Vs Jointz - 1Life & Glue Hefner

What It Sound Like?

The age old debate. I've had my journey, not here to judge your preference. Personally, I can't go back to cigarillos. Blend some Grabba with SPLIFF:30 hemps, and I'm good.

Our emcees also are up on the Fronto leaf, hey enjoy tasting the product. It compliments that. 1Life & @Glue Hefner matched up for a smoker's soundtrack. This tune hits a topic all of us can relate to. We could also relate to the desire to travel to Cali. As pointed out by Glue Hefner, also known as VA Grinch. That's correct, the Tidewater, VA native makes the world his home. This trek brings him to LA.

It's no surprise how he earned the moniker Got Barz. So many to choose from, but "Generation's choice like Pepsi" is deeper than meets the ear. It's truly a whole generation of ganja heads he's referring to. When you need a stronger kick, that's the catalyst to go with.

His partner in rhyme, 1Life prefers the papers. Neither way is wrong. In the City Of Angels, he has seen the best strains come and go. Not before the early struggles dealing with Miller Time. Fortunately those days are over, he now selects the finest on the shelf. A smooth laid back flow, known to have effects of Indica when combined with this mellow track.

That's the fly sounds of an unknown producer, at the moment. I'm sure we will get the info soon. The track is paid for, though. That's the important part. I'm sure we'll hear more in the near future. I'm feeling this joint and already started listening to the album. You will be more than pleased with
The 8th Dispensary. Even the title is wild creative. Get yours at your favorite digi store. Biggups to Open Earz and Diamond Dialect. Thank you to all fans for staying up with me. Godbless!

Stolen Land- Miskeen Haleem x Iron Lungz x All Hail YT

What It Sound Like?

I didn't plan for it to go this way. Somehow, we have back to back write-ups about East Coast artists implanted in the West! It must be the hustler's spirit. Hailing from Delaware, @Miskeen Haleem takes his book of rhymes to Arizona. A closer move to his BHMG family. They're constantly at work feeding the fans.

He's joined on this signature @Robert Deniro loop by @Iron Lungz, and @All Hail YT. They spit that valid Hip Hop! Lyrical skill with gems to give. I feel this is a dope roster, one I haven't heard together, as yet. Being a part of the culture, you have to appreciate when the vets mix it up with upcoming artists.

The title perfectly defines the soil we live on. Following the land, identities were also stolen. A tune that represents the struggle. Not from a complaining position, it's an inspiration. Whatever the odds are, we still gotta get out there and grind. Don't take my word on it. These are all individuals seeing benefits from their hustle.

The underground is hard to overlook, right now. Full of talent and creativity. Content like this feeds the mainstream. It's time the rightful emcees get noticed for pushing the culture. Of course, you must go to Bandcamp for this one. Get your copy, share, and follow. I appreciate all the different ways the fans support, already. Much blessings to you from the Most High!

Track Murderers Row Ft - King Merlino (Press Release)

What It Sound Like?

1 Shot Spitune reconnects with King Merlino to give ego rappers something to be afraid of, real bars! This tune is for the talented ones that keep getting the back burner due to chances of them outshining stars, or potential stars.

A lot of artists say their music is real Hip Hop, I promise you they're not spitting like this pair. Plus, it was done over a flawless track from DJ Pain  1. A true banger for satellite / internet radio. The single is available for purchase at Bandcamp. Don't wait any longer, listen, and get your copy!

Look Both Ways - Tony Grands

What It Sound Like?

Every now and again, I get to introduce you to someone. At least, I be thinking that. Most cases, they were already on your radar. This is my first article dedicated to @Tony Grands. Despite the date, I've been checking this artist's tunes for some time, now.

This emcee is another multi faceted individual. I feel that's why most of  us can grasp each other's vision, frequently. Tony is a dope emcee, the obvious. Also a former writer for The Urban Daily, and The Source. In his busy schedule, he managed to do some graphic design for me, in the past week. Something tells me, he has more cards up his sleeve.

I do know this Los Angeles emcee is serious with that mic! This tune is natural for me to relate. The artist makes mention to wise words passed on by his father. My pops was in my life for a short amount of years. So, I value the things I remember him telling me. If you catch Tony on social media, he post way more about his kids than about himself. So, I know it is dear to him.

Nonetheless, Grands rips into this @Hellsing Beats fresh produce. All organic from the roots, no extract, this track is fuego. TG speeds up the flow matching the energy level. He's a seasoned recording artist, his game choppin nearly sees effortless. It's a tune with plenty radio capabilities, don't snooze on the lines, though. That line about his homie on the run gets me every time,

You will dig this song, as well as the EP.  He brings you something different on each joint. A dope lyricist with flows you could never get bored of. Choose your favorite platform, add Tony Grands to your playlists. He has a highly anticipated album dropping in July. The support here is real, and I appreciate it. May the Lord bless everyone of you, less stress!

Sparta remix - Indigo PhoeNYx X Killy Shoot X Napolean Da Legend X Spoda X Mindframe

What It Sound Like?

Had to double back on you. A busy week, not just for me. I'm sure if you're here, you got that quality in your character also. Since dropping the powerful single, @Indigo PhoeNYx returns to conquer any survivors. Her bars are deadly, no problem standing on her own two feet. To make things a little more spooky, she brought more warlords along.

A pick three that has been lighting up our charts in the past year. With these verses, doesn't look like they're letting up anytime soon. Spitting that pressure, @Killy Shoot, my big homie. He's always raising the bar higher everytime I hear him.  This next one, his name kinda explains him,
@Napolean Da Legend. In our time and realm, he's accomplished so much. He started popping up in my suggestions a while back, took a listen, and I'm glad he's eating today.

Then, we have @Spoda,  flows with the title well, by the way. This a student of the game, he spit so gritty! He comes through in the end to pound that final rusty nail in the coffin. All artists brought different, necessary flavor to this @MindFrame creation. He's been flooding the streams with that Boom bap. This series was released near the same time of his project, Source Material:
The Final Chapter.

So, as you see, you got a lot of homework to do, All Nighters. Pick up this exclusive copy at Bancamp! Follow and support these artists. They work hard, plus give us great quality. I'm always grateful for the love you show me. Continue to spread it through the community. Bless up!
