Madness - Miskeen Haleem x Whiskeyman

What It Sound Like?

By now, I you been going outside every chance you get. The celebs ability to entertain us has been minimized. If you go through your apps, the underground has taking over on that end Let me make my contribution.

Since I tapped in with this emcee a couple years ago, his name remained constant. Miskeen Haleem is a rap scholar. Readers know know I like to write about artists with their own sound. He bridges his authenticity with key pusher across the pond, Whiskeyman. This is my kind of beat.

This is lyrics on a high, tolerable level. The gutter upbringing is still felt, though his content ain't about killing or narcotics. Vocab and punchlines are the roads less traveled. Everything stands out and it seems effortless.

A true Hip Hop refreshment all of us can use. I like the originality. Though, there's no hook, it still has song impact. "Like the Riddler I leave the crime scenes puzzled." Oh there's more!
I wanted to get to this for a while. Skeen did a whole project, SchoolOf Thought with Whiskeyman. Some of you have heard it, already. Whether you did or not, it's full of replay value. Put some more dollars in their accounts, get your copy at Bandcamp. Thanks for staying up with me. 1 Love!

Killy Shoot - The Line (Prod. Chuck Chan)

What It Sound Like?

I know it didn't take long for us to be back to the blog from the main site. There was an error that reoccurred. Grateful to still have this page, though. Good music waits for no one, A lot of it has been coming out.

Here's an artist that incorporates film in his presentation. Killy Shoot has the mind for what action scenes to build his video around. With such graphic detail in rhyme, it feels like watching the cinematic.  He displays over the capturing sounds from Chuck Chan. Feeling the effects of
Home Team.

This is an artist that applies the same energy from being outside to this rap hustle. I was locked in from the moment Killy pens the scene with the blue Patrick Ewings. Get chills when he narrates. The topic of the streets is common, However Shoot has his own way of delivering the message.

I never get tired of observing the growth of emcees. I've been listening for years, now. Hard to believe time has gone o fast. Ill Kill has graced so many playlists and media outlets ever since. Look, Paka is feeling the vibes, too. I recommend grabbing this heater. Get yours at Bandcamp. Follow his socials if you haven't already. Thanks for staying up with me. Praises to the Almighty!
