Streets Of Gold - 00Despo X Planet Asia X Tristate X Sc@ryHour

What It Sound Like?

Got some powerful raps for you tonight! Let's face it. Whether you work, go to school, play on a team, you are going to be in a situation where you hear music not of your selection. Most cases, it's watered down, forced fed culture replacement songs. It's always good to get a Hip Hop cleansing from all the toxic music taken in through the week.

Energy is never destroyed, only transferred. Once you hear whose on this banger, you will feel the magnetics. From Diamond Dialect, we have a smoker released by @00Despo. The vibrant foundation was laid by Sc@ryHour. He got the illest foreign vocal sample, that he's not given any secrets about. Out of the Golden Era, we're graced by legendary @Planet Asia, alongside @Tristate.

You have to roll the finest to this, drinks only in fine glasses. With songs like this, I don't know how people are complaining about a lack of Hip Hop. They're just not looking where they should. These are emcees are never watered down, they spit hard, and lay jewels down for the youth.

Biggups to Durag Dynasty and Diamond Dialect for that real Hip Hop. Pick this joint up at any digital music store of your choice. Oh yea, big congrats to Sc@ryHour and wife, who tied the knot recently. May everyday be a honeymoon. Thank you, all our royal fans. Your feedback is the realest. Bless up!

Debt Slaughter (Video) - StarrBux

What It Sound Like?

The vibe of this tune is perfect for Sunday. Not your typical end of the week sounds of relaxation. I chose an aggressive one for good reason. For most of us, Monday is a restart to a financial week. Once you hear this, that engine will start to ignite, and motivate your drive to increase capital.

@StarrBux is another featured artist always cooking up. He's not the type to dump, though he will hit his mark. I appreciate each approach when done effectively. The young scholar is drooling bars all over a topic unsaturated. He's talking about debt, and how people struggle, just  to never escape it. As much as I respect finance telecasters, Bux sounds better than a CNBC show.

A big link with @XYAYX Studios for the 4K visuals. They came up with a tangible, at the same time, creative piece to last. The classroom to the studio transition is well captured. That's very common within our community.  So, it hits home with the civilian trying to get a job, as well as the ones going independent.

This is a thinker's tune that's easy to grasp. Starrbux odes Papoose while doing the Alphabetical Slaughter instrumental justice. I don't know which line I like more, the Sallie Mae or Trump line. Honestly, it's full of one-liners, so pay attention. You'll like this video, along with what the artist has to say. Thank you for your support, always. Bless up!

Something Ain't Right - William Cooper X Nature X BP

What It Sound Like?

This one is long over due. No excuses, that's all on me. Here is an artist that uses his pen to prove mightier than the sword. Never misses an opportunity to drop a jewel! The Newark emcee,
@William Cooper exercises the power of education through songs. As kids we learned things quicker when we sung it.

The same approach with defusing devices used by corrupt countries to trap people. That is not just physically, once the mind is abducted, the body shall fall. Not your textbook teacher, William comes from our side of the spectrum. So, naturally we speak the same language, authentic Hip Hop. A few years out of Jersey, he spent some time in Amityville, Long Island. I can't make this up! If you heard the spooky stories, that cadence ties right in to dark topics he covers in his music.

This story turned out positive, though. That also happens to be the native town of immortal producer, BP. He was cooking on high with this one. This is a soulful sample that keep you hyped. Will has Queens legend, @Nature for a guest appearance. The respectful host allowed his company to eat first. Nate gives us his point of view with that jagged concrete flow. Will follows up exposing the evils of our system.

The emcees show their theatrical side in this alarming vid shot by Tom Vayianos. Cooper keeps his music clean, though the character portrayed by BP does not hold his tongue for the crooked government. See how Nature and William Cooper plot to give victims an outlet. This is one of the heaters on his second album, God's Will. All tracks produced by BP. Watch this video at Youtube, and get your copy of the album at your favorite online store. Shouts to Gemstarr Regime, shouts to our fans keeping us going. Blessings from the Almighty to each!

Sauce Drip (Video) - Tone Kelly

Welcome back Hip Hop heads! We're going back to Toronto to get up with an artist making serious moves. That's usually the common bond with our topics. Not only does @Tone Kelly emcee, he also produces tracks, and is head of an enterprise.

He's doing something real cool for his town, as well as the art, overall. Tone has organized a contest called So You Think You Can Rap. It allows others to showcase their skill, plus winner walks away with a five thousand dollar payout. I think I'm gonna apply for citizenship. Driven by lack of support, he came up with a platform of his own. The show has received some healthy offers by big entities, so he's on the right path.

Tone heads in the hit direction with this single. Not our usual Golden Era approach, though he drops gems on this catchy beat. Produced by himself, by the way, operating as Get It Dun Productions / J.A.M Beats. If your in the V, the club, or just motivated to get it you should listen to this. I'm glad to have bumped into Kells when I did. He's a part of a big Toronto movement with artists I respect. Can't forget the dope FERN TV interview on YouTube. They're a notable podcast recognizing current events and who's popping, all the way from Canada.

Kelly got the heat and the drive. He even has a stylist! His music is on the rise, as well as entrepreneurship. It's easy to listen to an emcee that is business minded. Catch the drip for free via YouTube. Be sure to follow, don't miss out on the upcoming work. Special thanks to all of our fans and contributors. Blessings from the Most High!

I Love Your Dress - Mr Cooper

What It Sound Like?

This weekend is video season at RAN. We've got some cool visuals to get into. This is a favorite of mine. I want to give some advice to the homies out there. Play this song for the lady your're entertaining. @MR Cooper put all the right ingredients together, you can't mess this up.

Following the debut of his hit EP, he connected with @Fantasy Photography for the ideal treatment. As a spectator, as well as a friend, I could see there was plenty work put in this piece. It has shots from, West Palm, Miami, plus NYC reeled together so fluid. I noticed scenes from his Miami Live, and Sugar Plum performances. I've always appreciated seeing those glimpses in vids from the past.

It's impossible to neglect how much of a stand up guy Mr Cooper is. His leading lady is his leading lady in real life. This is the part where the women say, "Awe!"

He's a role model, a great father, we got to encourage this.

I get double the reaction since I was present for some spots. I'm just as impressed by the scenes I wasn't around for. Actually, RAN fans will notice me in a small spot, which I'm very grateful for. Do remember @Drum'N Skillz on the track for his unique creativity. Viewers will enjoy this video,

also add  My Life In Black & White  to your catalog. Shouts to all the graduates, peace to our community. May the Most High bless you!

Diamonds In The Rough - Cocareef X Rob Deniro X Jamil Honesty X MicahWrite X Sedizzy X Lupus Dei X Whata Mess X Ambishouz

What It Sound Like?

The humidity is going up. No time to pace, I'm getting right to it. Here's another beat I would rhyme on. How does @Rob Deniro make something so grimy from a wind sample? One of the gems he crafted from forthcoming collab, Heat with @Cocareef. After making a mark with Al Pacino portrayed film noir throughout a hit album, Cocareef jumps back into character.

The two actors brought out the big boy guns for their classic, and so did this emcee / producer team up. With this single alone, you hear some of the most polished verses from an Ocean's 11 squad of rap. Wack rappers catch a verbal cremation from the likes of @Jamil Honesty, @Micah Write, @Sedizzy, I'm not done yet! The mic continues to cinder from @Lupus Dei,  @Whata Mess, and a blessed surprise, @Ambishouz.

Reef has the extended family, plus domestic, DNA family on the Deniro track. Those of us that saw the sneak peek on IG of Ambishouz landing the hook were excited about it. I'm glad we get to hear it's final version now, and I'm more than pleased with this tune.

You know availability is priority at cocareef.com

Bandcamp heads are never left out, either. 7th Angel always has something for the collectors. Already know you want the single, the same will go for the album. It's an impactful line up of emcees from that cloth. You will find some of my shell casings on the album, as well. Thanks to Cocareef and Rob Deniro for putting me on. Thanks to you loyal readers, always. May the Almighty bring you peace with prosperity!

Sparta - MindFrame X Indigo PhoeNYx

What It Sound Like?

This one is a treat. Shouts to all the Hip Hop journalists pushing the movement. I had good laughs with a few emcee homies when they found out it was me writing the blogs, and rhyming. I've realized how much time, plus effort it takes to blog dope content. So, when I noticed another emcee doing this, I  had to show respect. We could say femcee.

I'm talking about the Weekly Rap Goddess,  you know @Indigo PhoeNYx! She's dope at covering Hip Hop, also at creating it. She grabbed one of the roughest beats I've heard in a while, and it's thoroughly produced by @MindFrame. Great name for this tune, because the percussive track has war all over it. PhoeNYx brings that type of force, too. Her lines are sharp with aggressive delivery.

This young lady demands that you pay attention to her articles, she also has a flow that won't be refused. This is that no makeup rap, she ain't playing with em. This Queen is a product of Brooklyn, now residing in the Denver area. NYC heads hustle all over, and that place is a gold mine.

This single was a great team effort. You should head to Bandcamp and get your copy.  I could hear more MindFrame team ups with Indigo PhoeNYx in the future. Please follow and let them know how your feeling their joint. Thanks to all of our supporters. May the Most High bless you.
